How It Works

Set It Up Once. Every Run After Is Loaded.

The part number carries its own tool list. Your work order number changes every run. The part number does not. That is the whole idea: set it up once and every run after is loaded, tracked and costed on its own.

01

Build the tool list once

Paste the rows straight from your Excel setup sheet, or pick from your library. ToolFlow Pro finds the tool IDs and bin locations on its own. Notes and headers are ignored.

02

Open the work order

Enter the part number and the tools load with it: current prices, bin locations, and a warning if the crib does not have enough for the run.

03

The floor reports as it works

An operator or Setup pulls up ToolFlow Pro on their phone, or on a shared tablet at the machine, and reports a tool in seconds: machine, tool, reason, time. The crib sees it the moment it happens and stock updates itself. Anything that broke early gets inspected before it is written off.

04

It closes with its own record

Every tool event in order, with operator, badge, machine, time and cost. Print it for the traveler or export it to a spreadsheet.

Nothing to install. Nothing to ask IT for.

ToolFlow Pro runs in a browser. Open it and sign in. No downloads, no store, no setup on anyone's device.

Their own phone

Operators and Setup report from the phone they already carry. Each one signs in with their own badge, so every report carries their name.

A shared tablet at the machine

Put one station between a few machines. It signs itself out after two minutes without use, so the next report never carries the last person's badge.

The crib and the office

The crib manages inventory from the counter PC. Managers open the same site from their desk, or from home, and see the floor live.

Hosted and always current

No server in the corner of your office to maintain. Updates land on their own and everyone is always on the same version.

Getting started

We set up your shop with you: departments, machines, people and your tool library, imported from the Excel or CSV list you already have. Then the floor starts reporting the same day.

Not designed in an office. ToolFlow Pro was built by someone who runs the machines: pulling tools from the crib, swapping broken inserts mid-shift, and watching production stop because nobody knew a critical tool was at zero. Every screen was shaped by that shift.
