What ToolFlow Pro Does

ToolFlow Pro is tool crib software for CNC machine shops. It keeps the tool inventory, tracks tooling cost per part number and per work order, alerts the crib before a tool runs out, counts shop supplies, and closes every run with a traceability report. Everything below is one product, one login per person, nothing to install.

Tooling tied to the part

A part number owns its tool list. Change a tool once and every future run picks it up. Past runs keep what they actually used.

Real cost per run

Every tool used, broken or scrapped is logged against the order it ran on, at the price of the day. At close-out the number is already there.

When a tool drops below its minimum, the tool crib is alerted automatically. Nobody has to walk over and count.

Every machine and what is running on it. Idle ones dimmed, running ones with their part. Readable at a glance with thirty machines.

Supplies counted too

Gloves, coolant, abrasives, rags, safety glasses. Everything in the crib that is not a cutting tool is counted, handed to a person and charged to a department.
