ToolFlow Pro is operated by ToolFlow Pro LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Contact us at info@toolflowpro.com.
Our customer is the shop. The people who use ToolFlow Pro are that shop's employees, and their employer decides who gets access and what is entered about them. We handle that information on the shop's behalf and under its instructions. If you are an employee with a question about your information, speak with your employer: they control the account.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, payroll, health information, biometrics or your device's location (such as GPS), and we do not track you across other websites. The IP address in the security log is the network address a request came from. We keep it to investigate misuse of an account, not to locate anyone.
To provide the service, to keep accounts secure, to give the shop a record of who did what, to send the operational emails the service depends on, and to support the shop when it asks.
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in; it expires eight hours after sign in. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We use no analytics, advertising or third party tracking cookies.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate the service, in the following categories: cloud hosting, cloud database and storage, and transactional email delivery. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of ToolFlow Pro.
Customers who need the specific list of providers for a vendor review can request our detailed data sheet at info@toolflowpro.com.
Data is stored in the United States. Work records are kept for as long as the shop's account is active, because they are the shop's own operating records. Sign in sessions expire after eight hours. When an account ends, the shop may request an export, and we delete its data afterwards; the security and activity record is kept for up to twelve months and then ages out on its own.
Each shop's data is isolated from every other shop's. The database is not reachable from your browser: every read and write passes through our servers, which enforce what each role is allowed to do. PINs are encrypted, accounts lock temporarily after repeated failed sign ins, and the service is monitored automatically for unusual activity. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
A shop can add, deactivate or remove its employee accounts at any time, and can ask us to export or delete its data. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; write to info@toolflowpro.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
ToolFlow Pro may access a shop's account to set it up, to restore access, and to provide support when it is requested. Those actions are recorded in the shop's own activity log.
ToolFlow Pro is a workplace tool, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
ToolFlow Pro does not currently process payments. When paid plans are introduced, card details will be handled by our payment processor and will not be stored on our servers.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and notify the shop's administrator by email for significant changes.
